When you purchase an ActionHeat heated garment from an authorized ActionHeat retailer within the United States, the electrical components of the garments are warranties to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (90) ninety days.

Our system has been designed to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that means once an order has been processed, it is too late to cancel.
If you have received your order and wish to return it, please follow our Returns process.
If there has been a payment issue, the item(s) ordered are only available as a pre-order or due to an error, there is a back-order, your order can be cancelled. Please email our Support Team with your order number and "Cancel" as the subject line or call us on 888-406-1984.
You may notice on some items you see "Pre-Order" in the title.
These are items that are available but are on pre-order. The items with this status will ship AS SOON AS AVAILABLE. Meaning, you will not need to contact us about the shipment, we will ship immediately once in stock.
If it has the date in the title, that is the date we have been told from the manufacturer that we will receive the items. If there is no date, we don't have an exact date but we have them on order. You can always call for confirmation.
All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sell-able condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.
The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of TheWarmingstore.com/MyCoolingStore.com will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
Due to the nature of some product not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes motorcycle helmets and personal care products. If you need approval, please contact ourCustomer Service Team.
If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3-days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)
Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, the items should be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
