What's Covered

Coverage terms by component

Electrical components — 1 year

The electrical components of ActionHeat heated garments are warrantied against factory defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase at an authorized ActionHeat retailer in the United States or Canada.

Garment materials & construction — 1 year

All non-electrical components are warrantied against factory defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of initial purchase. If a sewing or material issue is caused by a manufacturer's defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at ActionHeat's discretion at no charge. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Battery & charger — 90 days

ActionHeat power packs are warrantied against factory defects for 90 days from initial purchase. ActionHeat will repair or replace any power pack found defective under normal use within the 90-day warranty period.

Open-box items — 15 days

Open-box products are tested and deemed fully functional before sale. "Open-box" may mean damaged packaging, a discontinued version, or an unused returned item. If an open-box item is found defective within 15 days of purchase, ActionHeat will repair it or replace it with another open-box item.

Exclusions to know before filing

Warranty exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use is not covered. Any alterations or repairs — attempted or otherwise — void all warranties for that item.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only for products purchased from an authorized ActionHeat dealer. It does not cover commercial use.
