Rechargeable Batteries

ActionHeat's battery systems power our entire lineup, from vests, jackets, and base layers to headwear, hand warmers, gloves, socks, slippers, insoles, blankets, and cushions. Most gear runs on our rechargeable 3V, 3.7V, 5V, or 7V packs, matched to the heat and runtime each product needs, while some gloves, socks, insoles, and slippers use standard AA batteries instead. Our 5V power banks go a step further, doubling as a USB device charger thanks to their 5V output.

Rechargeable Batteries for ActionHeat Products

Power the Entire Lineup

ActionHeat's rechargeable battery lineup is built to match the product, not the other way around. Jackets, vests, base layers, and hand warmers run on 5V power banks, and most headwear does too, apart from one 7V wrap scarf. Blankets run on 7V exclusively. Gloves span AA, 5V, or 7V depending on the style. Socks run on AA, 3V, 3.7V, or 5V systems, and slippers use AA or 5V. Insoles use AA, 3V, or 3.7V systems for all-day, low-profile warmth. Heated cushions use a 5V rechargeable pack for portable use, or a 12V adapter for powering off a car outlet. Capacities range from a 3,000mAh spare up to a 15,000mAh extended-life pack, so you can match the battery to how long you plan to stay out.

Battery Packs that Double as Power Banks

Every ActionHeat 5V power bank doubles as a USB device charger, so the same battery that heats your jacket can top off your phone at the tailgate or the trailhead. Pair it with the 5V wall charger and power cord kit to keep a spare ready to go. Jackets, vests, base layers, hand warmers, most headwear, and the 5V options of our gloves, socks, and slippers all share this same battery system, so one spare can back up several pieces of gear at once. Blankets and AA, 3V, or 3.7V powered gear use a different system and won't accept a 5V pack.
