Pairing Your Heated Gear
Get connected and control your heat in four simple steps.
Open the App
Open the ActionHeat app and tap "+ Add a device."
Connect Your Gear
Power on your heated gear and tap "Connect" when it appears.
Tap Done
Once your gear is connected, tap "Done" to return to the Home screen.
Adjust Your Heat
Choose Low, Medium, or High, monitor battery life, and customize your settings.

Quick fixes for the most common connection questions
My garment isn't showing up in the app — what do I do?
First, tap Scan for Devices. When your garment appears, tap Connect, then return to the home page.
If it still doesn't appear: unplug the battery and reconnect it, tap Scan for Devices again, and make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled in your phone settings.
How do I add multiple garments to the app?
Repeat the connection steps for each additional Bluetooth-enabled garment. Each paired garment stays available for quick selection, and the app can run several garments at once.
Why is my gear not connecting?
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on before pairing, and hold your phone within 12 inches of the gear during setup. Toggling Bluetooth off and back on in your phone settings resolves most connection issues.
What is Battery Saver?
When a battery pack runs low, Battery Saver automatically steps that garment down to Low to stretch the heat time you have left. You can turn it off for each device in the app.
Which products work with the ActionHeat app?
Any Bluetooth-enabled ActionHeat garment — jackets, vests, gloves, socks, and insoles. Non-Bluetooth ActionHeat products and other brands are not compatible.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. There is no account and no sign-up, and the app collects no data — everything stays on your phone.

Connecting your garment
- Connect the battery to your garment and power it on.
- Open the app and allow Bluetooth permissions on your phone when prompted.
- In the app, select the garment type you want to pair.
- Tap Connect when your garment appears under Available Devices. If nothing appears, tap Scan for Devices.
- Once connected, the control screen appears with your paired garment.
- Turn on your garment for instant, app-controlled comfort.
Controlling your garments
- From the Home screen, select the garment to open its control screen.
- Toggle power, adjust heat levels, enable or disable Ghost Mode (the indicator light), and view battery life.
- Use the icons at the bottom of the screen, or go back to Home and select a different garment.
Disconnecting your garments
- Press the minus icon next to the garment on the Home page.
- Or, on the Device Connection screen, press the Disconnect button.
