Re-pairing 3.7V Batteries to remote

Connect the fully charged 3.7V batteries to a 3.7v heated item
Press & hold the power button on the battery for 7-10 seconds, or until the LED lights on the battery blink red.
Press the power button on the remote for 1-2 seconds, or until the LED lights on the battery turn off.
You should now be paired!

The frequency is the same for both the insoles and socks, so your remote may work for both items.
